I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with attractive rooms and a comfy bed, but there was a slight smell in the room. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in arranging a birthday cake for my husband. The location was great, near the Cicada night market and within walking distance of various attractions. The hotel's location is awesome, right opposite Cicada night market and only a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are bigger than ones in Bangkok, but unfortunately, the 2m long bed was shockingly dirty. The service was top-notch, with staff quickly moving us to a better room due to noise from a neighboring pub. Dining exceeded my expectations, though the options were minimal. Overall, a satisfying stay with some minor inconveniences.
